Registration form

  • Registration form
  • Copy ID or Passport (Social Security number crossed out)
  • Employer’s declaration (no older than 1 month)
  • Landlord statement
  • 3 recent monthly pay slips, or weekly pay slips of 12 weeks
  • Proof of payment of the salary of 3 months onto your bank account (print screens)

IF YOU ARE SELF-EMPLOYED:

  • Tax declaration of the most recent full financial year

NO MEDIATION COSTS

You do not have to pay us a mediation fee. We do, however, charge administration costs if the rental agreement has been drawn up. These costs amount to: € 100

TENANT REQUIREMENTS

We do, however have requirements. This is different for each property, and you should consider a 3.5-times gross rent income. You can add this together with your partner. In this case, we will also need their file.
